1 ) Complete RMA form

2) Once RMA approved an RMA number will be issued

3) Send your equipment with the RMA number as your reference number.

Note: Do not send equipment without an Approved RMA number. Equipment will not be received.

All Repair quotes are subject to a non refundable Diagnostic deposit to be paid prior to equipment shipment to EasyPower. No equipment shall be shipped to EasyPower prior to receive an RMA number from our repair centre.
